How a conference shoot runs
- Before the show: we go through your agenda or run of show and flag the must-have moments: the CEO open, award winners, sponsor obligations and group photos.
- On site: coverage across general sessions, breakouts and evening events, with extra photographers for overlapping sessions when the program needs them.
- After: an online gallery with full-resolution downloads, organized by day and session. Standard delivery is 5 business days, and a rush option is available.
Trade shows
BTP shoots individual sponsors and exhibitors at shows, along with the stage content and VIP moments around them. If you’re a brand with a booth, a reception and a keynote slot, that’s a great fit.
