VIP & Private Events
Executive-level, discreet and NDA-signed. You get the moments without anyone noticing the camera.
- Executive dinners and retreats
- Private celebrations
- High-profile guests, with discreet, low-footprint coverage
- Detail and décor
- Private galleries with password-protected delivery
Some events are not for social media. BTP signs NDAs and delivers private, password-protected galleries. Coverage stays low-footprint, with no flash in people’s faces during dinner and no crowding the guest of honor.
VIP work ties closely to BTP’s corporate and incentive programs: the leadership dinner the night before a national sales meeting, the owner’s table at an incentive gala, or the private suite at a game. Most private events are quoted per event.
- Same-day selects

Resorts World Las Vegas
Resorts World is one of the newest resort builds on the Strip, and it photographs like it: modern finishes, big LED surfaces and a theatre built for real production.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Fontainebleau opened in December 2023 as the newest luxury convention build in Las Vegas. Its clean, bright design and signature bowtie motif give events a ready-made branded backdrop.
